Spiritual Healing Works

Spiritual Healing is all there really is.  Only you can heal yourself and you can do that only with Divine intervention.  Do everything you can to help yourself so the Divine will help you.  Build your relationship with the Divine and you heal yourself.  If you do not have a relationship with the Divine and you would like to develop one, join the church or spiritual group of your choice.

If you need special assistance from a qualified and recognized spiritual healer, we recommend contacting any of the following organizations.  These five churches license spiritual healers under one title or another, have done so for fifty years or more and are widely recognized as legitimate licensure programs for spiritual healers.  The sixth organization was started in 2005 by a group of Christian healers.  We list them according to number of licensed spiritual healers in each organization (Organizations marked with an asterisk * accept and endorse natural healing interventions as part of their statement of faith):

1. Religious Science Practitioner - The Church of Religious Science (also called the Science of Mind Church) was founded in 1926 by Dr. Ernest Holmes.  Study groups to become licensed as a Religious Science Practitioner are formed at individual churches and are also available on-line through several Science of the Mind organizations.  See their List of Approved Groups for more information.
   
   
2. Licensed Spiritual Health Coach* - The Universal Gnostic Church embraces Gnostics whether Buddhist, Catholic, Christian, Druid, Hindu, Muslim, Nature-based, Pagan, Protestant or Yoga in several different interactive Fellowships.  The church supports spiritual healing and licenses qualified persons as Spiritual Health Coaches.  To learn more read the Gnostic Lessons.
   
   
3. Christian Science Practitioner - The Church of Christ, Scientist was founded by Mary Baker Eddy in 1879 is a Christian metaphysical church without an ordained clergy.  They believe Jesus Christ heals all things through Christian Science Practitioners trained to assist in this process.  Members become licensed either locally or through the Divine Science School.
   
   
4. Divine Science Practitioner - The Church of Divine Science is a Metaphysical Christian church founded by Emmett Fox, though Malinda Elliott Cramer and Nona Lovell Brooks were the driving forces that helped the church grow and prosper.  Their program is a four-year home study or residential program in Denver, Colorado. 
   
   
5. Scientologist  - The Church of Scientology was founded in 1954 by science fiction author L. Ron Hubbard.  People interested in exploring this option are advised to take the correspondence course in Scientology offered online or through a local church.  Then contact Scientology headquarters for more information about their two year program to become licensed.
   
   
6. Christian Healer* - The Alliance of Christian Healers License Board licenses Spiritual Healers who believe in the healing power of Christ. This inter-denominational group accepts Christians of all faiths.
   
   
7. Spiritual Healer* - The Spiritual Healer License Board licenses qualified Shaman of all religions including all Earth and Star-based religions, Native Spiritual Paths, Egyptian, Oriental, African and similar religions.
   
   
8. Licensed Reiki Healers* - The Reiki License Commission for Reiki Healers and Masters was established by several Reiki certification organizations for the purpose of restoring the ancient Reiki teachings and practices and upgrading the quality of healing offered by Reiki experts.
   
   
9. Independent Science of Mind Practitioner* - The Independent Science of Mind Church licenses spiritual healers who subscribe to their tenets of spiritual healing regardless of the religion they practice.
   
   
10. Independent Universal Fellowship* - The Independent Universal Fellowship licenses divination ministers, counselors and coaches who follow a spiritual path of Love and Light. The IUF is a fellowship of individual ministers and healers who bond together in fellowship for their mutual benefit.


11. Federation* - The Federation of Spiritual Healer Licensing Boards accredits and endorses spiritual healer licensing agencies. At the present time the Federation accredits all eight of the above listed agencies. Those agencies marked with an asterisk (*) incorporate natural therapies into their spiritual practices. Natural therapies interventions include, but are not limited to acupressure, aromatherapy, biofeedback, cranial sacral, energy healing, herbalism and herbology, homeopathy, hydro-colonic therapy, hypnotism, naturopathy, neurotherapy, nutrition, quantum biofeedback, reflexology and reiki.
    

You Heal Yourself and several other organizations within the natural therapies community recommend that all natural healing practitioners become certified and maintain their certification in their specialties. You Heal Yourself also recommends natural healing practitioners become licensed by one of the established spiritual healer licensing boards accredited by the Federation of Spiritual Healer Licensing Boards.

LICENSED SPIRITUAL HEALER, LICENSED SPIRITUAL HEALTH COACH and LICENSED REIKI MASTER are titles we believe will become more and more important as Codex Alimentarius is implemented around the world.  If you're not already familiar with this World Trade Organization treaty already adopted by Australia, Canada, European Union, New Zealand, South Africa and the United States, you may want to investigate it further.
